The trucking company tracked all operations on paper — no visibility into income, expenses, or fleet status in real time. Everything was scattered across documents and notebooks.

🧭
Dashboard
Comprehensive overview of all logistics operations in real time.
👤
Profiles
Owners, clients, helpers, and drivers can view personal info and history.
🚚
Fleet & Maintenance
Manage the truck fleet and maintenance schedules in one view.
📁
Reports
Compiled logistics reports pulled directly from live system data.

Forecasting entire operations and tracking income vs expenses became significantly easier. The client confirmed the system improved coordination and real-time visibility across the company.

"The program is very helpful to us. It tracks everything from our booking, our people, our income and our expenses. For a company who has several truck owners it helped us to see what is going-on real time."

— Susan Gajitos, Operations Manager, Nakachi Truck Rentals
